Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, the lack of proper temperature control was a downside. The service was pleasant overall, but the inconsistency between my stays was noticeable. The location was excellent, close to the marketplace I wanted to explore, but the size of the room was not as spacious as expected.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small and cramped, not very close to the lobby, and felt a bit dark and tired. However, the service was phenomenal despite a small hiccup when I requested a room change. The location was great, near the marketplace we wanted to explore, and had all the necessary amenities. The dining experience was enjoyable with good choices and taste. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
If you're traveling around Burlington, Vermont, this is the place to stay. The rooms are nice, clean, and neat with well-lit and very clean bathrooms. The water pressure is great, offering a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast options could have been better, and it's a shame that breakfast was not initially included in the reservation.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit small, and I felt like I got a lower quality room due to the hotel being half booked with kids from a hockey tournament. On the bright side, the service was friendly and professional, especially Lashunda who went above-and-beyond for my daughter's graduation. The location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby, although the property seemed to be undergoing renovations. The dining experience was good overall, but I wish there were more vegetarian and healthy options available.
